Can I change my order or shipping address?
We are happy to accommodate you if we can. If your order has gone to processing, we would not be able to change anything. If you find an error, please contact us at once.
We offer free shipping in the US only for all orders over $75.00
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do, those options and countries are available at checkout
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, a tracking number is provided on every order. Please allow time for the USPS to update.
Our normal processing time is 1-3 days. During busy holidays, this may vary. Please remember we do have next day and second day shipping available on checkout.
I need my item fast, what can I do?
Please give us a call and we will help you with an expedited order.
We do offer local pick up.
What happens if my package is returned to you as undeliverable?
We will contact you via email to advise of the returned package. If the package was returned due to inaccurate or incomplete address, you will be asked to pay additional shipping for the package to be shipped back to you.
